Payments and billing for brands
What you are charged for, when, and where to find invoices, credits and your plan.
There are two separate money flows on a brand account and mixing them up causes most billing confusion.
| Flow | What it pays for | Where it is managed |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription | Your plan: credit allowance, campaign limits, team seats | Plans and billing |
| Campaign spend | Actual money paid to creators, plus platform and processing fees | Checkout and your wallet |
What you get charged at checkout
- The creator fee itself.
- A platform fee: 5% on collab jobs, 10% on performance and bounty campaign funding, 0% on creator services.
- A payment processing fee on money entering the platform: 3% on card, 1% on UPI or net banking. Paying from an already-funded wallet skips this.
Where things live
- Plan, credit balance and credit history: Plans and billing.
- Invoices and payment history: same page, billing history section.
- Wallet balance and top-ups: Wallet and escrow.
Why was I charged twice?
Almost always a subscription renewal and a campaign checkout landing near each other. Check the descriptions in billing history, they are labelled differently.
Can I get a refund on a campaign?
Escrowed funds that have not been released can be resolved. Released payouts cannot be clawed back unilaterally. See Refunds and disputes.
Do you charge in my currency?
India is billed in INR through Cashfree, everywhere else in USD through Dodo. See Payment methods.
