Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs payments, cancellations, and refunds for services provided by Axion Tech (“we,” “us,” “our”) through the Elev8or platform (“Platform”).

This Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including Brands and Creators.

By using Elev8or, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Policy Overview

Elev8or operates a SaaS + marketplace model. Accordingly, this Policy is divided into two sections:

  • Brand Subscriptions & Platform Credits Fees paid by Brands for subscription plans, credit packs, and platform access.
  • Brand–Creator Collaborations & Campaigns Funds paid by Brands for creator services such as Collab Jobs, Deals, Performance Campaigns, Contests, or Managed Campaigns, which are facilitated through the Platform.

2. Brand Subscription & Platform Credit Policy

This section applies to all paid subscription plans, credit packs, and add-on purchases made by Brands.

2.1 Subscription Cancellation

  • Brands may cancel their subscription at any time through their account Billing / Settings page.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual).
  • Access to subscription features and remaining credits continues until the billing period ends.

2.2 Subscription Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable.

We do not issue refunds or credits for:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused subscription time
  • Unused or expired platform credits
  • Mid-cycle cancellations

Brands are encouraged to review plan details carefully before upgrading.

2.3 Platform Credits & Add-On Packs

  • Platform Credits (including subscription credits, referral credits, or purchased credit packs) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
  • Unused credits may expire according to plan rules and do not qualify for refunds.

2.4 Billing Errors

If a billing error occurs due to a system malfunction or incorrect charge:

  • The Brand must notify our support team within 14 days of the charge.
  • Verified billing errors will be refunded or corrected at our discretion.

3. Brand–Creator Collaboration & Campaign Policy

This section applies to payments made by Brands for creator-related activities, including but not limited to:

  • Collab Jobs (direct creator hiring)
  • Deal Campaigns (content purchase)
  • Performance Campaigns
  • Contest Campaigns
  • Managed Campaigns

Funds for these activities are typically reserved or held until campaign actions are completed.

3.1 Brand Cancellations

a. Cancellation Before Creator Acceptance

If a Brand cancels a collaboration or campaign before a Creator has accepted or begun work:

  • The Brand is eligible for a refund of the campaign funds.
  • Payment processing fees (if any) may be deducted and are non-refundable.

b. Cancellation After Creator Acceptance or Work Start

Once a Creator has:

  • Accepted the collaboration, or
  • Started work, submitted content, or reserved capacity

The campaign funds are no longer refundable due to a change of mind.

This applies to all collaboration formats unless otherwise stated in the campaign terms.

3.2 Creator Non-Delivery or Disputes

A Brand may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The Creator fails to deliver the agreed services, or
  • The delivered content materially violates the agreed brief or Elev8or Terms of Service

Process:

  • The Brand must submit a formal dispute through Elev8or support.
  • Elev8or will review submissions, communication logs, and evidence.
  • Refunds (full or partial) are issued at Elev8or's discretion based on the outcome of the review.

3.3 Creator Payout Finality

  • Once funds are released to a Creator after Brand approval or dispute resolution, the transaction is final and non-reversible.
  • Creators are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or payout processing costs on their end.

4. Elev8or Platform Fees & Service Charges

4.1 Platform Fees

  • Elev8or charges platform or service fees for facilitating creator collaborations and campaigns.
  • These fees cover platform infrastructure, workflow management, dispute handling, and payment processing.

4.2 Refundability of Platform Fees

  • Platform fees are non-refundable once a collaboration or campaign has been successfully executed.
  • No platform fees are charged for campaigns that are fully canceled before creator acceptance, where a full refund is issued.

5.1 Subscription Management

All subscription cancellations must be initiated directly by the Brand through the Billing / Settings section of their account.

5.2 Campaign, Cancellation & Refund Requests
