1. Subscription Plans

In Short: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for partial periods. Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days if unused.

All subscription plans (Free, Pro, and Business) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase.

Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months of service.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 7 days of purchase. Within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund if you have not used any credits or accessed premium platform features. After 7 days, or if credits/features have been used, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

2. Credit Purchases

In Short: Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days. Used credits and bonus credits are non-refundable.

Credits purchased on Elev8or are used to unlock creator profiles and access premium features. The following refund terms apply:

  • Unused Credits: Credits that have not been used may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, minus any applicable processing fees charged by payment providers.
  • Used Credits: Once credits have been used to unlock creators, view contact information, or access premium features, they are non-refundable.
  • Bonus Credits: Any bonus, promotional, or complimentary credits are non-refundable and will be forfeited upon account cancellation or subscription downgrade.
  • Credit Expiration: Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, credits may be forfeited if your account is terminated for Terms of Service violations.

3. Campaign Payments

In Short: Campaign refunds depend on whether creators have accepted the offer and the status of deliverables.

Payments made for campaigns (Deal Campaigns, Performance Campaigns, Contest Campaigns, Affiliate Campaigns) are subject to the following conditions:

  • Before Creator Acceptance: If a creator has not yet accepted the campaign offer, you may cancel the campaign and receive a full refund of any escrowed or pre-paid amounts.
  • After Creator Acceptance: Once a creator accepts a campaign, refunds are subject to the specific campaign agreement terms and the completion status of deliverables.
  • Completed Deliverables: If a creator has delivered content according to the campaign brief, payments are non-refundable.
  • Disputes: In case of disputes regarding deliverable quality or completion, both parties must attempt resolution through our platform's dispute resolution process before requesting a refund. We reserve the right to make final decisions on disputed refunds.

4. Technical Issues

In Short: We may offer refunds or credits for service outages or technical issues preventing platform use.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the platform's core features for an extended period, please contact our support team with details of the issue. After investigation, we may offer refunds, account credits, or extended subscription periods at our discretion. Technical issues must be reported within 7 days of occurrence to be eligible for consideration.

5. How to Request a Refund

  3. Provide the order ID or transaction ID for the purchase in question

6. Refund Processing

In Short: Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank. International transactions may take additional time to process.

7. Non-Refundable Items

In Short: Certain purchases are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits that have been used to unlock creator profiles or access features
  • Completed campaigns where deliverables have been received
  • Promotional, bonus, or complimentary credits
  • Subscription fees for billing periods that have already been used
  • Custom enterprise agreements (subject to individual contract terms)
  • Services rendered in full accordance with the terms of service
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
