Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can request deletion of your Elev8or account and any associated personal information, including data obtained through connected third-party accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and Google.

What You Can Delete

You may request deletion of:

  • Your Elev8or account and profile information
  • Connected Instagram, Facebook, and Threads account data, including messages, comments, insights, and account information obtained through Meta APIs
  • Connected Google and Gmail account data
  • Campaign, communication, and analytics data associated with your account

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: Disconnect a Connected Account

To stop Elev8or from accessing a specific platform and remove its associated data:

  1. Log in to your Elev8or account
  2. Go to Settings → Connected Accounts
  3. Select the account you want to remove (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, or Google)
  4. Click Disconnect & Delete Connected Data

Upon disconnection, Elev8or ceases future access to that account and deletes associated platform data, except where retention is required by law, security, or fraud prevention obligations.

Option 2: Delete Your Entire Account

To delete your full Elev8or account and all associated personal information:

  1. Log in to your Elev8or account
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm

Option 3: Email a Deletion Request

Send an email to support@elev8or.io with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include the email address associated with your account and, if applicable, the connected accounts you want removed. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

Processing Timeframe

We review and process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days. Some information may be retained where required to comply with legal, contractual, security, fraud prevention, or operational obligations. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.

Meta Platform Data

Data accessed through Meta APIs (Instagram, Facebook, Threads) is processed only to provide functionality you request, such as inbox management, comment management, publishing, and analytics. Elev8or does not sell, rent, or transfer Meta Platform Data. You can revoke Elev8or's access at any time from your Meta account settings under Business Integrations, in addition to the options above.
