Wallet, funding and escrow
Topping up your wallet, what escrow means for your money, and paying by wallet versus by card.
You can pay for creator work two ways: card, UPI or net banking at checkout, or from a pre-funded Elev8or wallet. Either way, the money is held in escrow until you approve the work.
Escrow, plainly
- 1
You pay
The funds leave your account and sit with Elev8or.
- 2
The creator cannot touch it
It is not in their balance yet, so they have a real reason to deliver.
- 3
You approve and release
Once the live URL is submitted and you release, it moves to the creator’s balance.
