Fees explained: what Elev8or charges and when
Every fee on the platform, who pays it, and the exact percentage, with a worked example.
There are three separate charges on Elev8or and they apply in different places. Your subscription is not one of them, that is covered in Plans and pricing.
1. Platform fee, paid by the brand at checkout

Paying from a funded wallet skips this one
The processing fee is charged when money enters the platform. If you already topped up your wallet, spending from it is charged the platform fee only.
3. Platform fee on creator earnings

Worked example
A brand books a $500 collab job and pays by card. Platform fee 5% is $25, card processing 3% is $15.75 on the $525, so the brand pays roughly $540. The creator, on Creator Pro, receives $500 less the 10% earnings fee, so $450 lands in their balance. Bank or network receiving fees on withdrawal are separate and outside Elev8or.
Unknown cart types default to the 5% bucket
Anything that is not explicitly a campaign or a service is charged at the collab rate. Nothing is ever silently charged at 0% unless it is a creator service.
