Signups who don't upgrade to a paid plan are tracked as Pending — they don't generate commission yet, but Elev8or sends automated nudges to help convert them.

When a referral cancels, they move to Churned status and you stop earning commission from them. However:
Elev8or automatically sends re-activation emails to churned referrals on your behalf. If they re-subscribe, they're re-attributed to you and you start earning again. There's no penalty to you for churn — your other active referrals continue earning normally.
Yes — your commission automatically adjusts to their active plan price. If a referral upgrades from Creator Pro ($19/mo) to Brand Business ($199/mo), your monthly commission from them jumps accordingly. Downgrades reduce it proportionally. As long as they stay subscribed, you keep earning.
