Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription
How plan changes take effect, what happens to your credits and limits, and how to cancel cleanly.
Everything is managed from Plans and billing.
Upgrading
- Takes effect immediately. Higher limits and the new credit allowance apply straight away.
- You are charged for the new plan through the same gateway that runs your region.
Downgrading
- Takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep what you paid for.
- Your next credit grant drops to the lower plan’s amount.
- If you are over the new plan’s limits, for example five active campaigns on a plan that allows three, the extras are not deleted but you cannot create new ones until you are back under the cap.
Cancelling
- 1
1. Open Plans and billing
Go to Plans and billing.
- 2
2. Cancel the subscription
This stops the next renewal. Nothing is deleted.
- 3
3. Use the rest of the period
You keep the plan and its credits until the period ends.
- 4
4. You land on Free
The account stays alive on the Free tier. Your profile, campaigns, collaborations and balance all remain.
Cancelling is not deleting
Cancelling stops billing. If you want the account and data gone, that is a separate action, see Deleting your account.
UPI mandates
If you subscribed with a recurring UPI mandate, cancelling in Elev8or stops the charge. You can also revoke the mandate in your UPI app, but do not rely on that alone as the record of cancellation.
