Elev8or connects brands (“Brands”) with content creators (“Creators”) to collaborate on structured, data-driven marketing campaigns. Brands can discover creators, launch campaigns, and track results, while Creators can showcase their work and participate in campaign opportunities.

Elev8or may also provide social media management, communication, publishing, automation, analytics, and campaign management tools for connected social media accounts.

6. META PLATFORM DATA

If you connect an Instagram Business Account, Facebook Page, or Threads account to Elev8or, we may process Meta Platform Data made available through authorized APIs.

Meta Platform Data is used solely for purposes requested by the user, including:

• Managing conversations and inboxes
• Responding to messages
• Managing comments
• Publishing content
• Monitoring engagement and performance
• Generating analytics and reports

Elev8or does not sell, rent, transfer, or use Meta Platform Data for advertising, surveillance, profiling, or unrelated marketing purposes.

Meta Platform Data is processed only in accordance with applicable Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and applicable law.

7. AUTOMATED MESSAGING & ENGAGEMENT

Elev8or provides workflow automation tools that users may configure for their own social media accounts.

Users may only communicate with individuals who have voluntarily engaged with their accounts through messages, comments, reactions, or other supported interactions.

Elev8or does not support:

• Unsolicited bulk messaging
• Purchased contact lists
• Scraped audiences
• Spam activity
• Unauthorized outreach

Users remain responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable platform policies and laws.

8. GOOGLE USER DATA (GMAIL INTEGRATION)

If you choose to connect your Google account, Elev8or requests access to your email address (userinfo.email) and permission to send emails on your behalf (gmail.send).

This access is used solely to enable you to compose and send outreach emails to brand contacts directly from within the platform.

All emails are created, reviewed, and sent only when you explicitly initiate the action within Elev8or.

We use your Google account email to identify your connected account and ensure emails are sent from the correct address.

We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.

All access to Google user data is performed in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

9. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

When accounts are closed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize associated personal data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Information obtained through Meta APIs, including messages, comments, insights, and account information, is retained only as long as necessary to provide requested services, maintain account functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.

10. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

These measures may include:

13. CREATOR PROFILE INFORMATION, CLAIMS & REMOVAL REQUESTS

Elev8or displays creator-related information to support discovery and collaboration on the Platform. This information may be provided by users, integrated systems, or publicly accessible sources in accordance with applicable laws.

Creators may:

• Claim their profile
• Request updates or corrections
• Request removal of their information

Requests can be submitted to support@elev8or.io, and we will review them promptly in line with legal requirements and our internal policies.

14. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most browsers offer a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting. Because there is no consistent industry standard, we do not currently respond to DNT signals.

15. DATA DELETION REQUESTS

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information by:
