Payment methods and which gateway you get
Cards, UPI and net banking, why India and the rest of the world use different processors, and what currency you are billed in.
Which processor handles your payment depends on your country. You do not choose it, it is picked for you so that local rails work properly.

Subscriptions
Recurring subscription billing follows the same logic: creators in India are billed in INR through Cashfree recurring, everyone else through Dodo. Your renewal date and plan are on Plans and billing.
UPI is the cheapest rail if you have it
UPI and net banking carry a 1% processing fee against 3% on cards. On a large campaign that difference is real money.
When a payment fails
My card was declined.
Most declines are the bank blocking an international or first-time merchant charge, not a problem with Elev8or. Approve it in your banking app or try another card.
Money left my account but nothing happened.
Give it a few minutes, confirmations arrive by webhook. If the order still has not appeared after that, contact support with the amount, time and last four digits, and do not pay again.
UPI mandate keeps failing on a subscription.
Recurring UPI mandates need explicit approval in your UPI app and some banks cap the amount. Approve the mandate request, or switch to a card.
Can I pay in my own local currency?
Only INR and USD are billed directly. Other currencies are converted by your bank at their rate.
