Running and tracking a campaign
Creating a campaign, inviting creators, tracking status, and the plan limits on active campaigns.
A campaign holds many creators under one goal, one brief and one budget. Manage them at Campaigns.
Creating one
- 1
Pick the type
See Which campaign type to run. The type is hard to change once creators are in.
- 2
Write the brief
Deliverables, usage rights, timeline, budget per creator.
- 3
Set the budget
Total spend and per-creator rate. This is what gets funded at checkout.
- 4
Publish or invite
Publish it to Discover for applications, invite specific creators, or both. An invite costs 0.5 credits.
- 5
Approve creators
Approved creators become individual collaborations, each with its own workflow.
Active campaign limits by plan
| Plan | Active campaigns | Management and tracking |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 | No |
| Pro | 3 | Yes |
| Business | 10 | Yes, plus collaboration management and conversion tracking |
| Enterprise | Unlimited | Yes, plus advanced reporting |
While it runs
- Watch application quality in the first 48 hours. Bad applications mean the brief is wrong, not the market.
- Answer creator questions quickly. Slow brands lose the good creators to faster ones.
- Approve or reject drafts within a day or two. Every day you sit on a draft pushes the live date.
- Track performance on Campaign performance.
Do not change the brief mid-campaign
Creators accepted the terms that existed when they applied. Changing deliverables after acceptance is a dispute waiting to happen. Run a second campaign instead.
