Pitching brands by email

Sending pitches from Elev8or, connecting Gmail, sequences with auto follow-ups, and the limits on each plan.

Pitching is the outbound half of Elev8or. Instead of waiting for a brand to find you, you email them directly from Pitch, with your profile and stats attached to the message.

What a pitch costs

  • Sending a pitch email costs 1 credit.
  • Unlocking a brand’s contact details costs 1 credit, once per brand, permanently.
  • Plan pitch caps: Free up to 10 brands total, Creator Pro 200 brands/month, Creator Elite 1,000 brands/month.

Sending from your own Gmail

Creator Elite can connect Gmail so pitches arrive from your own address instead of an Elev8or one. That lifts reply rates and keeps the thread in your normal inbox. Connect it in Pitch settings.

Sequences and follow-ups

  1. 1

    Build a list

Add brands from Discover, or import your own via CSV on Creator Elite.

  2. 2

    Write the first email

Save it as a template so you are not rewriting it every time.

  3. 3

    Add follow-up steps

Two follow-ups spaced a few days apart is the sweet spot. Most replies come from follow-up one, not the first email.

  4. 4

    Schedule and send

Sequences send on their own and stop automatically for anyone who replies.

What makes a pitch land

One specific idea for their product, one relevant link, one clear rate, under 120 words. Anything longer gets skimmed and dropped.

Keep your sending reputation clean

Blasting identical emails at every brand you can find gets you marked as spam, which hurts every future pitch you send from that address. Personalise the first line at minimum.
