Creator policies and what gets you removed

The rules that apply to creators: honest metrics, disclosure, off-platform payments and content standards.

The full legal text is in the Terms of Service. This is the practical version of what actually gets accounts restricted.

Hard rules

  • No fake or bought engagement. Purchased followers, engagement pods and bot comments are grounds for removal, and brands can spot them in the analytics we show.
  • No misrepresenting your channels. Do not claim accounts you do not control.
  • Disclose sponsored content. Follow the disclosure rules of your country and the platform you post on. This is a legal obligation, not an Elev8or preference.
  • Deliver what you accepted. Repeatedly accepting work and going silent gets your account restricted.
  • No moving a deal off-platform to dodge fees. Doing it removes every protection you have, and it is a removable offence.

Content standards

  • No hate speech, harassment, or content targeting a protected group.
  • No sexual content involving minors, under any framing. This is reported, not just removed.
  • No content that infringes someone else’s copyright, including unlicensed music in paid deliverables.
  • No illegal products or services.

Why off-platform deals are a bad trade for you

Off-platform, there is no escrow, no approval record and no dispute path. If the brand disappears after you post, nobody can help you. The fee you saved is much smaller than the invoice you lose.
