Notifications and staying on top of deals
What triggers a notification, where they show up, and how to make sure you never miss a brand reply.
Elev8or notifies you in the app and by email. In-app notifications live at Notifications, and preferences are at Notification settings.
What generates one
- A brand invites you to a campaign.
- Your proposal is accepted or rejected.
- A brand sends you a message.
- Your draft is approved, or a revision is requested.
- A payment is released to your balance.
- A withdrawal changes status.
Reply speed is a ranking signal to brands
Brands see how fast you respond, and slow repliers lose deals to faster creators on identical proposals. Turn on email notifications for messages even if you turn everything else off.
Elev8or emails are going to spam.
Mark one as "not spam" and add our sending address to your contacts. Gmail learns from a single correction.
I get too many emails.
Turn off the categories you do not need in Notification settings. Keep messages and payments on.
I got no email at all.
Check your account email is verified. Unverified addresses are not sent to.
