Connected accounts and integrations
What connecting a social channel or Gmail gives you, what data is read, and how to disconnect.
Connections are managed at Connected accounts, and brand-side integrations at Integrations.
| Connection | What it unlocks | Who uses it |
|---|---|---|
| Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other channels | Verified follower counts, engagement and recent posts on your profile | Creators |
| Gmail | Pitches sent from your own address, replies in your own inbox | Creator Elite |
| Brand integrations | Connecting Elev8or to the rest of your stack | Brands |
What is read and what is not
- Authorisation happens on the platform’s own login screen. Elev8or never sees your password.
- Channel connections read public profile data, counts and recent posts. They do not read DMs.
- Gmail is used to send your pitches and track replies to them, not to browse your mail.
- Disconnecting from Connected accounts stops all future access immediately.
If a connection keeps dropping
Platform tokens expire when you change your password or revoke app access on the platform side. Reconnect once and it holds.
