Connect your social channels

Linking Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other accounts so brands see verified reach and engagement.

Connecting a channel pulls your real follower count, engagement rate and recent content into your profile. Brands treat connected numbers very differently from typed-in ones, and several search filters only match connected accounts.

Connecting an account

    Open Connected accounts

    Go to Settings, connected accounts.

    Pick the platform

    Choose Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or another supported platform.

  3. 3

    Authorise

    You are sent to the platform’s own login. Elev8or never sees your password.

    Wait for the first sync

    Stats can take a few minutes to populate on first connect.

What Elev8or reads, and what it does not

  • Reads: public profile info, follower and subscriber counts, recent posts, and aggregate engagement.
  • Does not read: your DMs, your private messages, or anything that lets us post as you.
  • You can disconnect any channel at any time from the same screen, which stops all future syncing.

When numbers look wrong

My follower count is out of date.

Stats sync on a schedule, not in real time. Disconnect and reconnect the account to force a fresh pull.

The connection keeps dropping.

Platform tokens expire, especially if you change your password or revoke app access on the platform side. Reconnect and it will hold again.

My engagement rate looks low.

It is calculated across recent posts, so a few weak posts move it. It is not a judgement, brands compare it against your size tier.
