Deleting your account and your data
How to delete, what gets removed, what has to be kept, and what to do before you delete.
Do these before you delete
Withdraw any remaining balance, close out active collaborations, and download anything you need from billing history. Deletion is not reversible and support cannot restore a deleted account.
How to delete
Request deletion from Data deletion, or contact support from the account’s registered email address.
What happens
- Your public profile and username come down, so your public page stops resolving.
- Connected channel access is revoked.
- Active campaigns and open collaborations are closed out.
- Personal data is removed in line with the privacy policy.
What is kept, and why
Financial records, including payments, payouts and invoices, are retained because tax and accounting law requires it. That is a legal obligation, not a choice, and it applies to every platform that moves money.
You may only want to cancel, not delete
If the goal is to stop paying, cancel the subscription instead. The account drops to Free and keeps everything.
