Logging in, passwords and account security
Google and email login, resetting a password, why sessions expire, and how to keep the account safe.

Cannot log in
It says my password is wrong but I am sure it is right.
You probably created the account with Google, in which case there is no password. Use Continue with Google with the same email address.
The reset email never arrives.
Check spam first. Corporate mail filters are the usual cause. Wait 60 seconds before requesting another, rapid retries can be rate limited.
I keep getting signed out.
Sessions expire, and they also end if you sign in from a very different location or clear cookies. Blocking third-party cookies or using a strict privacy extension can cause repeated sign-outs.
Login redirects in a loop.
Almost always a stale cookie. Sign out fully, clear cookies for the site, then log in again on www.elev8or.io.
Keeping the account safe
- Use a unique password. Creator and brand accounts hold payout details, they are worth stealing.
- Never share your login with an agency or manager. Use team seats on a brand account instead.
- Elev8or will never ask for your password, and never asks for a payout to be sent to a "verification" address.
- If you suspect access, change the password immediately and check your payout methods for anything you did not add.
The most common scam
A "brand" that moves you to WhatsApp fast, sends an over-payment, then asks for part of it back. Real deals stay in the collab, and Elev8or never asks you to refund anyone directly.
