Influencer marketing

What is Nano influencer?

A nano influencer is a creator with roughly 1,000 to 10,000 followers, known for very high engagement and a close, trusting relationship with a small local or niche audience.

Nano influencers deliver the highest engagement rates and the most authentic recommendations, often working on barter or low-cost deals.

They are ideal for local businesses and early-stage brands testing creator marketing.

Nano campaigns are managed differently because the unit economics only work at volume. Ten or twenty creators at once means the brief has to be self-explanatory, approvals have to be fast, and payment has to be automated, or the coordination cost swallows the saving. Done well it is the cheapest form of creator marketing available, and often the only one a local business can justify.
