What is Deliverables?

Deliverables are the specific content assets a creator is contractually required to produce and publish as part of a brand deal, including format, quantity, platform, and timeline.

A typical deliverables list might specify: 1 TikTok video (60s min), 2 Instagram Stories with swipe-up link, 1 Instagram Reel, all posted within 30 days of product receipt. Clear deliverables prevent disputes and set both parties' expectations upfront.

Deliverables should also specify approval rights (does the brand get to review before posting?), revision rounds (how many changes can be requested?), and exclusivity (can the creator work with competing brands during the campaign period?). These terms belong in a written agreement, not a DM.

Underdefined deliverables are the most common cause of influencer campaign friction. Both brands and creators benefit from specificity. Platforms like Elev8or structure briefs to include deliverable requirements by default.
