How credits work

What credits are, how you get them, exactly what each action costs, and what happens when you run out.

Credits are the platform currency for actions that would otherwise be spammed: unlocking contact details, applying to briefs, sending outreach, boosting listings. They are not money and they are never used to pay a creator. Real money moves separately, see How payments work.

Where credits go when they are spent

Every credit movement, in or out, is written to a ledger. You can see the full history under Plans and billing, including what each deduction was for and what your balance was after it.

When you run out

  • Credit-gated actions fail with an "insufficient credits" message. Nothing else breaks.
  • You keep full access to everything already unlocked, your active campaigns and collaborations, chat, and payouts.
  • Top up by upgrading your plan or buying an add-on pack from Plans and billing.
