Instagram crops a circle from the centre, so keep labels short. Anything past 14 characters gets cut.

How to add a highlight cover

  1. Download the cover and save it to your camera roll.
  2. On your profile, tap and hold the highlight you want to change, then tap Edit Highlight.
  3. Tap Edit Cover, then the photo icon on the left.
  4. Pick the downloaded image and pinch to centre it.
  5. Tap Done. Repeat with the same palette so the row looks like a set.

Covers only matter if the highlight sends people somewhere. Comment to DM automation is how most creators turn that attention into an email list.
