Influencer Invoice Template

A free invoice template for influencers and UGC creators. Add the brand, your deliverables and tax, watch the total update, and save it as a PDF.

What to put on an influencer invoice

An influencer invoice needs your name and contact details, the brand you are billing, an invoice number, the issue and due dates, one line per deliverable with quantity and rate, any tax, the total, and how to pay you. Missing any of those is the most common reason a brand finance team sends an invoice back.

List usage rights, whitelisting and exclusivity as their own lines instead of folding them into the content fee. It matches what you agreed in the contract and makes the next negotiation easier.

When to send it and what terms to use

Send the invoice when the content is approved or goes live, whichever your agreement says. Net 30 is standard for brands, and many agencies push for net 45 or net 60. If you asked for a deposit, invoice it before you start filming and bill the balance on delivery.

Number invoices in sequence, for example INV-001, INV-002. Brands and tax authorities both expect a unique number, and it makes chasing a late payment simple.

Tax on creator invoices

Whether you add tax depends on where you are registered. VAT registered creators in the UK and EU add VAT, GST registered creators in India, Australia or Canada add GST, and most US creators bill without sales tax on services. Set the tax field to 0 if you are not registered.

Not sure what to charge before you invoice? Build a UGC rate card or check post prices with the influencer pricing calculator.

Frequently asked questions

Is this influencer invoice template free?

Yes. Fill in the form, check the live preview and use Save as PDF. Nothing is uploaded or stored and there is no signup.

How do I invoice a brand as an influencer?

Add your details and the brand details, list each deliverable as a line with its rate, add tax if you are registered, include your payment details, then save it as a PDF and email it to the contact named in your agreement.

What payment terms should a creator use?

Net 30 is the most common. Ask for 50% upfront on larger deals or with a new brand, and state late fees in your contract rather than on the invoice alone.

Can I use this as a UGC invoice template?

Yes. Replace the lines with your videos, hooks and usage periods. The totals and tax work the same way.

Do I need to charge VAT or GST as an influencer?

Only if you are registered for it in your country. If you are, add the rate in the tax field and include your tax number under your address.
