This Shipping & Delivery Policy ("Policy") describes how services provided by Axion Tech ("we," "us," "our") on the Elev8or platform ("Platform") are delivered to our users ("Brands" and "Creators").

Please read this policy carefully. By using our Platform, you agree to this Policy.

1. General Statement: Digital Service

Elev8or is a 100% digital Software as a Service (SaaS) and marketplace platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods or products.

All services, features, and campaign deliverables are provided electronically through our online platform. The terms "shipping" or "delivery" as used in this policy refer to the granting of access to our digital services.

2. Service Delivery

2.1. For Brand Subscription Plans (Pro & Growth)

Upon successful payment and confirmation of a subscription, a Brand's account is automatically upgraded. Access to the features included in the purchased plan (e.g., Pro Plan, Growth Plan) is granted immediately.

2.2. For Marketplace Campaigns (Deals, Contests, Performance)

  • For Brands: Upon successful payment of Campaign Funds, access to the relevant campaign management tools and collaboration rooms is made available immediately.
  • For Creators: Access to campaign briefs and the ability to participate are available as per the platform's functionality. Payouts for completed services are considered "delivery" of funds and are governed by our Terms of Service and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. Delivery Timelines

All access to our digital services is provided instantaneously upon successful payment confirmation.

There are no shipping delays as no physical products are involved. If you experience a delay in accessing your purchased services after a successful payment, please contact our support team immediately.

4. Address Information

Any "Billing Address" or "Shipping Address" fields requested during the checkout process are used solely for payment verification and invoicing purposes. No physical items will be shipped to this address.
