YouTube

  • Tech, tech, and finance creators command the highest per-post rates — their audiences carry the most commercial intent.
  • YouTube pays the most per post (1.70x the Instagram baseline); TikTok and Snapchat the least, reflecting production cost and ad demand.
  • • Follower count still sets the floor: a baseline micro-influencer (10K–100K) earns $250 – $1,500 per post before niche or platform adjustments.

Methodology

Rates start from 2026 baseline per-sponsored-post bands for an average-demand niche on Instagram: nano (1K–10K) $50 – $250, micro $250 – $1,500, mid-tier $1,500 – $5,000, and macro $5,000 – $12,000. Each niche carries a demand index reflecting advertiser willingness to pay (purchasing power and B2B intent), and each platform a rate index reflecting production cost and ad demand. Local currency and individual creator factors — engagement quality, usage rights, and exclusivity — move the final number. Figures are directional planning ranges, not quotes.
