Free Media Kit Builder for Creators
Enter your handle. Your follower count, average views, and engagement rate fill in, and rates are suggested from your niche and engagement rather than your follower count alone. Save it as a PDF, or claim it as a live page that never goes out of date.
Public accounts only. Nothing is stored, and you can edit every number after it loads.
A PDF goes stale the day your numbers change. A live page at elev8or.io/c/yourusername updates itself and is what brands searching Elev8or actually see.

3.1% engagement is above the 1.5% to 3% benchmark for this size. Lead with it in your pitch, not with your follower count.
Rates
Usage rights and exclusivity are quoted separately. 30-day paid usage adds 25% to 50%. Perpetual rights add 75% to 150%. Never include them in the base fee.

What a media kit is actually for
A media kit answers one question a brand has before they reply to you: is this creator worth the budget, and what will they charge. Everything that does not answer that question is costing you the reply.
Brands spend well under a minute on a media kit. They look for audience size, engagement rate, niche, and a price. If those four are not visible immediately, the kit has failed regardless of how it looks.
Lead with engagement, not followers
Follower count is the weakest number on the page. Brands running performance campaigns know that a 12,000-follower account at 7% engagement delivers more buying attention than a 90,000-follower account at 0.8%, and they price accordingly.
The benchmark for a healthy account is 1.5% to 3%. Above 6% you can charge roughly 50% over the standard band for your size. Below 1% brands treat it as a red flag and discount by more than half. Put the number at the top of the kit and let it do the work.
Put a price on it
Media kits without rates get a fraction of the replies, because a brand with a budget has to guess whether you fit inside it and usually moves on to someone who told them. Whoever names a price first sets the range, so name it first.
Quote usage rights and exclusivity as separate lines, never bundled into the content fee. Thirty-day paid usage should add 25% to 50%. Perpetual rights should add 75% to 150%. A creator who grants perpetual usage for free is handing a brand a permanent ad asset for the price of one afternoon.
Why a PDF is the wrong format
A PDF is out of date the day your numbers change, and most creators never update theirs. Brands routinely receive kits quoting a follower count from eighteen months ago and rates the creator has since doubled.
It is also the wrong shape for how brands actually work. Someone reviewing creators on a phone will not download an attachment. A link opens instantly, works from your bio and your pitch emails, and keeps the same URL as your work grows.
That is what an Elev8or Bio page does. Your stats stay current, your rates are editable in seconds, and the page is also what brands see when they search creators on Elev8or. Same link, two jobs.
What to leave out
A long about-me section, a mission statement, a list of every brand that ever sent you free product, and stock imagery. None of it moves a brand toward a yes and all of it pushes the four numbers that matter further down the page.
If you are pitching UGC work rather than influencer deals, cut the follower count entirely. UGC is priced per video for footage the brand runs as its own ad, so audience size is not part of the transaction. Send sample videos and a per-video rate instead.
Frequently asked questions
What should be in an influencer media kit?
Five things, in this order: your niche and one line about who you reach, your follower count and average views, your engagement rate, your rates by format, and a way to contact you. Brands spend under a minute reviewing, so anything past those five is rarely seen.
How do I make a media kit for free?
Use the builder on this page. Enter your handle, it pulls your follower count, average views, and engagement, then suggests rates by format based on your niche and engagement rate. You can save it as a PDF or claim it as a live page that updates itself.
Should I include my rates in my media kit?
Yes. Kits without rates get far fewer replies, because a brand with a budget has to guess whether you fit inside it. A from-price is enough, and it filters out enquiries that were never going to pay what you need.
How many followers do I need to have a media kit?
None. A media kit is how you present what you offer, not proof that you are big. Creators with a few thousand engaged followers book paid work regularly, and UGC creators book it with no audience requirement at all by leading with sample videos and a per-video rate.
What is a good engagement rate to put in a media kit?
Between 1.5% and 3% is the healthy benchmark for most accounts. Above 6% is genuinely strong and worth charging a premium for. Below 1% is a figure brands will find themselves if you do not disclose it, so lead with reach and conversion instead of hiding it.
Is a media kit the same as a UGC portfolio?
No. A media kit sells your audience with follower counts, reach, and engagement, and is used for influencer deals. A UGC portfolio sells your filming ability with sample videos and a per-video rate, with no audience data at all. Sending the wrong one signals you have misread what the brand is buying.
Do I need a website for my media kit?
No, and a website is usually worse. The requirement is that a brand can tap a link on a phone and see your numbers immediately, with no login and no download. A single page does that better than a portfolio section buried inside a site.
