Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all services provided by Axion Tech ("we," "us," "our"), including our Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription plans and our marketplace platform, Elev8or ("Platform"). This Policy applies to all users, including "Brands" and "Creators."

By using our services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Overview

Our policy is designed to be transparent and fair. It is divided into two parts:

  1. Brand Subscription Plans: Fees paid by Brands for access to our SaaS features (e.g., Pro Plan, Growth Plan).
  2. Marketplace Campaigns: Funds paid by Brands to Creators for specific campaign services (e.g., Contests, Deals), which are facilitated by the Platform.

2. Subscription Plan Policy (SaaS)

This section applies to our recurring Pro Plan and Growth Plan subscriptions.

2.1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's "Billing" or "Settings" page.

  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle (monthly or annual).
  • You will retain full access to your plan's features until the end of that billing cycle.

2.2. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable.

  • We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused features, or mid-cycle cancellations.
  • We provide a Free Plan and a trial Deal Campaign to allow you to evaluate our Platform before committing to a paid subscription.

2.3. Billing Errors

In the event of a billing error caused by our system, a full refund will be issued. Users must contact our support team within 14 days of the charge to report a potential error.

3. Marketplace Campaign Policy

This section applies to funds paid by a Brand for "Contest," "Performance," or "Deal" campaigns ("Campaign Funds"). We hold these funds in an escrow-like system until the campaign is completed.

3.1. For Brands (Purchasers)

a. Cancellation Prior to Creator Acceptance:

If a Brand cancels a campaign before a Creator has formally accepted the offer on the Platform, the Brand is eligible for a full refund of the Campaign Funds, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.

b. Cancellation After Creator Acceptance:

Once a Creator accepts a campaign offer, they begin work. At this point, the Campaign Funds are committed to that project and are no longer eligible for a refund based on a "change of mind."

c. Non-Delivery or Dispute:

A Brand is eligible for a full refund of Campaign Funds if the Creator fails to deliver the agreed-upon services or materially violates the Elev8or Terms of Service. A formal dispute must be filed through our support team for investigation. Refunds are issued at our discretion following a review of the dispute.

3.2. For Creators (Sellers)

Once Campaign Funds are released to a Creator's account following Brand approval, the transaction is considered final and non-reversible.

4. Elev8or Platform Fees (Commission)

4.1. Service Charge

Our platform fee, charged on completed marketplace transactions, is a non-refundable service charge for the use of the Platform.

4.2. Deduction

This fee is for facilitating the connection, managing the workflow, and processing the payment. It is automatically deducted from the Creator's payout after their work has been approved by the Brand.

4.3. Canceled Campaigns

No platform fees are charged if a campaign is canceled and the Brand is issued a full refund in accordance with Section 3.1 of this Policy.

5. Contact & Inquiries

5.1. Subscription Management

Subscription cancellations must be initiated by the user within their account's "Billing" or "Settings" page.

5.2. Campaign & Refund Inquiries

All inquiries regarding campaign cancellations, disputes, or refund requests must be directed to our support team at support@elev8or.io. Please include your account email and the relevant Campaign ID to ensure a timely response.
