Navigate to the Discover page, find a creator you want to work with, and click on their profile. Then click "Start Collaboration" and fill out the brief with your requirements.
When you create a collaboration, funds are held in escrow. Once the creator delivers and you approve the content, the payment is released automatically.
Credits are used to unlock creator profiles and start collaborations. You can earn free credits through referrals or purchase a subscription plan for monthly credits.
Yes! If the delivered content doesn't meet your expectations, you can request revisions through the collaboration page. Most collaborations include 1-2 revision rounds.
Go to "My Collabs" to see all your active and completed collaborations. Each collaboration has a delivery tracker showing the current status.
If you can't resolve an issue with the creator, you can open a dispute from the collaboration page. Our support team will mediate and help resolve the issue.
Click on your profile picture in the sidebar and select "Settings". From there, you can update your personal information, payment methods, and notification preferences.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. For larger collaborations, bank transfers may also be available.
