Every time I look around my life, the people who have shaped me the most are the women in it. My mom, my sisters, my friends, my mentors. Women who are strong in very different ways. I’ve grown up surrounded by women who never let me think small. Women who pushed me to ask for more, expect more, and work harder for the life I want. Women who constantly reminded me that ambition is not something to apologize for. That wanting the best for yourself is not arrogance. That taking up space is not something to feel guilty about. They taught me to speak up. They taught me to not shrink just to make someone else comfortable. And when you grow up in that kind of environment, believing in yourself stops feeling like a luxury. It becomes the default. So when people ask me where my drive comes from, the answer is simple. It comes from the women around me who always believed I deserve nothing but the best, and made sure I believed that too. I feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by women who are building, leading, creating, questioning and pushing boundaries in their own ways every single day. And I really hope the next generation grows up seeing even more of that. More women at the top. And definitely more women in AI.
